Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-10-29

Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app in addition to these terms.

1. Who we are

Damla ("Damla", "the app") is provided by RavenIQ. Contact: support@raveniq.ai.

2. Not financial advice

Damla shows forecasts, budgets and what-if results calculated from the numbers you enter or import. They are estimates, not financial, tax, legal or investment advice, and they can be wrong, for example when an amount, date or exchange rate is missing or out of date. Damla is not a bank, does not connect to your bank and cannot move money. Check important decisions yourself or with a qualified professional. You are responsible for what you do with the information.

3. Your data

Your data is yours and is stored on your phone (see the Privacy Policy). Backups are files you choose to create and keep. We are not responsible for data lost because you deleted the app, lost your backup passphrase, lost the phone without a backup, or deleted a backup file. Keep your passphrase and your backups safe.

4. Third-party data

Exchange rates, prices and bank logos come from third-party services and may be delayed, wrong or unavailable. They are shown with their date, and you can enter your own values. We are not responsible for those services.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse, reverse engineer (except where the law allows) or resell the app.

6. Paid features

Some features may be offered as an auto-renewing subscription. The price, the period and what is included are shown in the app, from the App Store for your country, before you subscribe. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage or cancel it in the Settings app on your iPhone (your name, then Subscriptions). Payments and refunds are handled by Apple, and we do not see your payment details.

7. Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the last 12 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept them. Your use is also covered by Apple's standard terms (Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement) and the App Store's terms of sale, which apply alongside these.
